Faith sharing teams
This charity was established in 1996 by founding trustee Patrick Mansel Lewis. It exists to promote and resource evangelism across Wales. Stuart Bell works with the trust as a non-salaried evangelist and draws together teams of people who want to share their faith with others. Team members come from Aberystwyth and also from many other churches across the nation.
Visits have been paid to parishes as widely spread as Anglesey and Monmouth, Hollywell and Tenby. Locations for our meetings have varied from speaking in the open air on a football field to preaching in a cathedral, from being an after dinner speaker in a posh hotel to a congregation of six in a country church. Recently, in 2007, we’ve been to Llanon, Presteigne, Swansea, Chester, Carmarthen and Moelfra in Anglesey
Grants
The trust makes grant aid available to churches and parishes which are engaged in front line evangelism. They will help to pay for Alpha materials, leaflets about the Christian faith, publicity and all expenses associated with mission in Wales. Contact: Chairman of the trustees, the Rev.
